We begin by learning about your organization during an introductory call. This is where we discuss your mission, goals, and needs to determine if we’re the right fit. Based on this conversation, you will receive a services menu to provide a clear understanding of how we can work together.

1. Initial Consultation

After you’ve reviewed the services menu, we collaborate with you to assess your organization’s priorities, projects, and objectives based on your existing materials. This helps us identify any gaps and pinpoint the type of grant opportunities that best fit your mission and needs. From here, we work together to decide on the best approach, then provide you with a contract and price estimate.

2. Needs Assessment

3. Grant Research, Analysis, & Strategy

Once the contract is signed, we conduct research using either your existing funder prospect list, or we create a customized list using our extensive funder databases. After determining the best grant opportunities for you, we work with you to develop a customized strategy for your grant application. Our strategy includes identifying and analyzing criteria such as eligibility of grants, mission alignment, average funding amount, level of competitiveness, and more.

4. Application Preparation & Stewardship

Next, we take the lead in preparing, managing, and completing the grant application on your behalf. This includes compiling required documentation, assisting in the construction of a budget proposal, and making sure all grant requirements are met.

5. Grant Writing

6. Review and Revisions

After we incorporate your feedback, we send the revised versions for your final approval. When you give the green light, we proceed with submitting all documents and components, making sure everything is properly taken care of.

7. Final Approval & Submission

After submission, we provide you with an electronic copy of all documents created throughout the process. If needed, we offer additional support to help with post-award and adjacent activities, including grant reporting, CRM maintenance, and more.
